  • Payment Information

    At The Terrace we accept cash and EFTPOS payment methods, including AMEX.

    We do not offer AfterPay or ZipPay options.

    There is no surcharge cost for appointments made after hours or on Saturdays.

  • Gift Vouchers

    Gift vouchers are available to purchase online via our online booking system. Emailed directly to you or the recipients inbox.

    Alternatively you can visit the salon to purchase Gift Vouches.

  • New Clients

    We welcome new clients, however we require you to have a complimentary consultation prior to booking any colour service.

    During this complimentary appointment our stylists will go through your previous colour history, what you would like to achieve and any concerns or questions you may have.

  • After Hours Appointments

    We do offer after hours appointments on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

    We recommend pre booking in advance to secure these appointmenus as they do book up quickly.

  • Accessibility

    The salon entrance is accessible via stairs, which may be difficult for people in wheelchairs or with prams.

    Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you and your needs.

  • Parking

    Unfortunately we do not have customer parking available. However there is metered parking available directly outside the salon, on George Street or around the CBD area. Alternatively there is multi storey car parks located on Elizabeth Street and York Street.

    Please allow enough time prior to your appointment to park and make your way to The Terrace Hairdressing.
